Job summary

BW MOTORSPORTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced retail sales manager in Singapore to lead the sales team, drive targets, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires autonomy while aligning with company strategy and enhancing visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail leadership, with solid experience in merchandising, training promoters, and market awareness. Shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial exposure in retail.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with sales teams and customers.
• Strong retail operations knowledge and merchandising experience.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in visual merchandising and training promoters.
• Understanding of market, competitors and brand environments.
• Autonomous yet able to follow management direction.
