Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead team members to ensure efficient operations, staff development, and alignment with store goals.
• Monitor and Support Team Performance
• Monitor team performance, support development, and foster a positive, motivated work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging customers, resolving issues, and promoting a customer‑first culture.
• Drive sales performance by achieving targets, promoting products, and supporting team success in meeting KPIs.
• Inventory Management
• Manage inventory effectively by maintaining stock levels, conducting checks, and supporting replenishment processes.
• Store Operations & Safety
• Support daily store operations by ensuring compliance with procedures, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Qualifications / Skills Needed

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a retail management role, with a proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales targets, and oversee store operations.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and retail store operations.
