Job summary

Crocs Singapore seeks a customer-focused retail associate to deliver outstanding service following the C.H.A.R.M. service model. You will assist customers, maintain store standards, and support daily store operations while learning across departments.

You will work in a fast-paced team, manage POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, and participate in loyalty programs, ownership of cleanliness and visual standards, with asset protection in mind.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• O Level qualification or higher.
• 1–2 years in retail preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Computer-literate; comfortable with POS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the CROCS service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and concerns.
• Assist in multiple departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
• Lead by example with sales-driven techniques; collaborate with Store Management.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory control.
