Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore invites applicants for a retail role focused on delivering exceptional service and maintaining an engaging store environment. You will use the C.H.A.R.M.

service model to assist customers, learn across departments, and support stock, visuals and POS operations. We seek candidates with 1–2 years in retail, fluent English, and flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Possess at least O Level or above.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email; able to operate a POS system.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Proactively contribute to a team environment that welcomes ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including inventory control and compliance procedures.
