Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimally N' Level qualification.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in physical retail stores.
• Strong leadership and frontline team management.
• Good merchandising and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and customer experience across the retail store.
• Lead frontline teams; manage manpower and store performance.
• Serve as store's Technology Advisor and SPOC for product knowledge.
• Support inventory management with zero stock discrepancy.
• Lead visual merchandising and promotions; maintain store standards.
• Ensure operations comply with SOPs and corporate policies.
