Telecom Equipment is seeking a Retail Manager to support the Business Manager in driving sales performance, customer experience and operational excellence across the retail store.

Plan staff rosters according to projected peak and non-peak customer traffic to ensure adequate sales-floor coverage.
Track store sales performance, identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve results.
Execute in-store sales incentive programs, including information dissemination, performance tracking and incentive distribution.
Coach individuals and teams to improve bothSales and Customer Experience (CE)performance.
Gather customer and frontline insights and elevate relevant feedback to support improvements in sales processes, customer experience and promotions.
Take accountability for achieving daily sales targets while ensuring smooth store operations.
Keep abreast of the latest product, service and promotional information and brief staff accordingly.
Lead, motivate and mentor the team to achieve strong sales performance, service standards, productivity and efficiency.
Create the right team culture by role-modelling digital ways of working and positive leadership behaviors.
Serve as the store’s Technology Advisor and SPOC for technical product knowledge.
Lead, train and mentor staff on technical services and products.
Support sales operations across retail shops, events and other assigned sales channels.
Ensure a high level of customer service through regular assessment, coaching and follow-up with the team.
Maintain strong visibility on the sales floor, lead by example and support frontline staff in addressing customer needs.
Implement visual merchandising standards, directives and promotions while maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Manage customer escalations and service recovery within established empowerment guidelines.
Monitor sales performance and ensure effective stock management.
Maintain accurate inventory with zero stock discrepancy.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Execute store process improvements to strengthen operational effectiveness.

Minimally N’ Level qualification.
At least 5–10 years of sales experience in physical retail stores.
Strong experience managing and leading frontline sales teams.
Good sales and business acumen.
Strong organizational and store-management capabilities.
Basic financial management skills.
Good merchandising and visual presentation capabilities.
Comfortable with data analysis and sales performance reporting.
Good inventory management skills.
