Qualifications

• Minimally N’ Level qualification.
• At least 5–10 years of sales experience in physical retail stores.
• Strong experience managing and leading frontline sales teams.
• Good sales and business acumen.
• Strong organisational and store-management capabilities.
• Basic financial management skills.
• Good merchandising and visual presentation capabilities.
• Comfortable with data analysis and sales performance reporting.
• Good inventory management skills.
• Excellent customer service and service-recovery capabilities.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Good problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable presenting and communicating information to teams.
• Good technology and digital literacy, with the ability to learn and explain new products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline teams, manage manpower and store performance.
• Ensure effective inventory management and create a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the store’s Technology Advisor and SPOC for technical product knowledge.
• Plan staff rosters according to projected peak and non-peak traffic.
• Track store sales performance and identify performance gaps.
• Execute in-store sales incentive programmes and performance tracking.
• Coach individuals and teams to improve Sales and Customer Experience (CE) performance.
• Maintain high level of customer service and address customer needs.
• Lead, train and mentor staff on technical services and products.
• Support sales operations across retail shops, events and other channels.
