Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a retail team in the East region. You will manage daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to optimise profitability and store presentation. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and retail shift availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level; Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years managing a retail store.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing KPIs, and driving store performance.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, manpower planning, and profitability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Strong leadership with experience coaching and developing retail teams.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management: oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Sales & Business Performance: drive sales, analyze data, identify improvements, and monitor expenses.
• Team Leadership & Staff Management: lead, train, and manage the retail sales team; schedule and develop staff.
• Customer Service Excellence: ensure high-quality service and positive shopping experiences; handle inquiries and complaints.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: manage product displays and brand-aligned store presentation.
• Marketing & Promotions Support: assist in campaigns and in-store promotions; gather customer feedback.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: ensure store safety, loss prevention, and asset protection.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
