Job summary

Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Leader to manage 1 to 3 stores. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, and financial controls, while driving staff performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a hands-on, proactive leader with 6+ years in F&B operations, including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, and food safety certifications. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in F&B operations with at least 3 in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Hands-on and proactive approach; strong leadership abilities.
• Food safety and hygiene certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of 1 to 3 stores and oversee daily operations.
• Manage operations, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Lead staff development and supervision.
