Responsibilities

• Drive guest satisfaction and handle service breakdowns tactfully.
• Supervise floor stations and propose operational enhancements to the Store Manager.
• Train, mentor, and direct frontline service crew during shifts.
• Conduct daily roll calls, manage seating/floor flow, and maintain staff rosters.
• Monitor real-time staffing levels to ensure smooth service coverage.
• Conduct inventory audits and manage stock replenishment orders.
• Inspect store facilities and equipment daily for safety and maintenance needs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidate profiles for junior store roles.
• Handle staff counseling, performance feedback, and disciplinary escalations.
