RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a high-impact Operations Leader to steer daily store activities in a fast-paced F&B setting in Singapore. You will own P&L accountability, drive cost-containment and ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining top-tier service quality.

You will lead rostering, recruiting and coaching of junior supervisors, ensuring strict food safety and guest-safety standards are upheld. A dynamic, positive culture and guest-centric approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Steer end-to-end daily store operations as the 1st-in-charge, fostering a high-performance service culture.


• Financial Accountability: Own full P&L accountability; engineered cost-containment measures and drove cover volume to consistently beat revenue forecasts.


• Process Optimization: Champion periodic process audits and operational cost reviews to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance throughput.


• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce stringent food safety protocols, workplace health regulations, and guest-area hygiene standards.


• Service Recovery & Retention: Resolve complex guest escalations diplomatically to maintain high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.


• Workforce & Labor Optimization: Direct headcount deployment, rostering, and leave utilization to minimize labor leakages while meeting operational demand.


• Talent Acquisition & Coaching: Spearhead junior hiring, mentor the supervisory team, and manage employee relations including performance remediation and disciplinary cases.

Requirement

• At least 6 years of progressive managerial track record in fast-paced F&B environments.


• Inspiring leader adept at team building, performance coaching, and fostering a positive workplace culture.


• Natural communicator with high emotional intelligence (EQ), capable of cultivating memorable guest experiences.


• Highly organized manager with strong problem-solving acumen and end-to-end operational execution skills.
