Job summary

CT-FORWARD store operations role in Singapore, focused on cashiering, stock replenishment, staff training, scheduling, paperwork, sales reporting, ordering and receiving to ensure smooth store operations and support your Area Manager.

You will process customer payments, replenish stock, train staff, create weekly schedules, maintain records, supervise team progress, report daily sales and deposits, place orders and coordinate deliveries, and cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store operations preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash and banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock on shelves regularly to maintain product availability.
• Train new staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.
• Create and communicate weekly staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Manage paperwork and maintain accurate records.

• Compile and report daily sales figures and perform bank deposits.
• Place daily orders and receive deliveries to maintain inventory levels.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks to support operations.
• Cover shifts as needed to ensure continuous store operations.

• Create and communicate weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth workflow


• Manage all paperwork related to store operations, maintaining accurate records and accountability


• Supervise staff performance and coordinate with the Area Manager to report on team progress and issues


• Compile and report daily sales figures and perform bank deposits to maintain financial accuracy


• Place daily orders and receive deliveries to maintain inventory levels and product quality


• Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned to support store operations


• Cover shifts as needed to maintain continuous store operations
