Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore is seeking a Store Design and Planning Assistant to support the coordination of boutique execution, refurbishment and maintenance across the SEA market. You will work with Regional Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising, consultants and contractors to ensure timely project implementation and documentation.

The role requires experience in architecture/interior design and strong collaboration skills, with a proactive, autonomous approach.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and follow-up of boutique design, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
• Manage boutique maintenance activities, routine and extraordinary.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including drawings and quotations.
• Support drawing and layout review ensuring alignment with Maison standards.
• Support project budget tracking and expenditure records within budgets.
• Prepare maintenance status reports for internal review.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely information delivery.

What are we expecting from you?

As Store Design and Planning Assistant for the SEA Market, you will support the Store Planning team in the coordination of boutique execution, refurbishment and maintenance across the South-East Asia market (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia). You will contribute to ensuring that projects are properly coordinated, documented and followed up according to approved timelines, budgets and Maison standards. You will work closely with Regional Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising, boutique teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project implementation and timely resolution of project-related matters.

Your main missions will be

• Support the coordination and follow-up of assigned boutique design, refurbishment, and maintenance projects according to approved timelines.
• Manage boutique maintenance, including routine and extraordinary maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, layouts, quotations, reports, project trackers and other relevant documents.
• Support drawing and layout review, ensuring alignment with Maison standards and approved project requirements.
• Support project budget tracking and maintain accurate expenditure and quotation records within approved project budgets.
• Support the preparation of maintenance status reports for internal follow-up and management review.
• Ensure project documentation, drawings, quotations and reports are properly filed and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Operate relevant Maison systems and digital platforms, including SAP, YOOBIC, MSC Security and LGSM systems, according to project and operational requirements.
• Support SAP-related administrative activities, including purchase orders, quotations and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all required information and documentation are available in a timely manner.
• Assist with project reporting, meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and manage any other ad-hoc duties related to Store Planning and project coordination as assigned.
