Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an Events Assistant to support the SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam). You will assist the Events Assistant Manager SEA with logistics coordination and ensure smooth event execution across Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams.

You will coordinate with agencies and vendors, develop event action plans, handle SAP invoicing and expense tracking, and support on-site activities. A proactive, agile mindset and strong collaboration skills are essential.

• First experience in retail industry in marketing or communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with third parties, including agencies, venues, and vendors.
• Provide logistical and operational support for events.
• Develop and maintain detailed event action plans.
• Provide administrative support, including invoice processing via SAP and tracking/expense management.
• Support on-site event execution and ensure everything runs seamlessly.
• Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects.
