Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Client Experience Assistant to elevate service quality across the SEA region. You will support the Client Experience Manager, coordinate with boutiques and internal teams, and help implement client-focused activations in line with Maison guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Experience Manager to ensure the highest level of client experience in the SEA market.
• Roll-out Client Experience guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns, and in-boutique animations.
• Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments, and external partners for smooth execution.
• Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

As Client Experience Assistant SEA, you will be supporting Client Experience Manager to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered in the SEA market, through the implementation of Maison client-related activations which include:
