Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to support daily store operations in Singapore. You will ensure frontline and back-end operations run smoothly, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive sales performance.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in related sectors, with strong leadership, inventory control, and POS skills. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and public holidays to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in retail, café, bakery, F&B, or hospitality.
• Experience in inventory control, cash handling, POS systems, and workforce planning.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Lead and coach team members, drive sales performance, manage inventory and cash handling, and maintain a safe, clean, and customer-focused store environment.
