Job summary

TRIVERA COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Retail Team Leader in Singapore to drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will supervise shifts, coordinate operations, oversee customer interactions, and aim to meet monthly targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail industry preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities
