Job summary

K'S TALENT RECRUITMENT in Singapore is seeking an experienced outlet operations manager to oversee daily operations, including room bookings, front desk, and maintenance of sound systems and equipment.

You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, recruit and train staff, and drive sales by implementing promotions and monitoring revenue targets while ensuring safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Usually 3–5 years in retail, hospitality, or entertainment management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of POS systems and sound/lighting equipment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Core Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the outlet, including room bookings, front desk check-ins, cleaning schedules, and maintenance of sound systems and equipment.

Staff Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house (service staff, receptionists) and back-of-house teams to maintain high service standards.

Sales & Financial Performance: Drive sales by implementing marketing initiatives, managing promotions, and meeting revenue targets. Monitor daily cash flow and prepare financial reports.

Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.

Inventory & Supplier Management: Manage stock levels for food, beverages, and other supplies; manage supplier relationships and inventory audits.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, fire safety standards, and hygiene standards.
