LANDOM DISTRIBUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily operations of our retail store. The role focuses on leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and helping achieve sales targets and operational goals.

You will assist with scheduling, training, performance management, inventory control, and store presentation to drive sales and maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
