Job summary

Remnant Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive business performance.

You will ensure service standards, oversee staff, interview walk-ins, train the team, manage shifts including weekends and public holidays, and foster a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in comparable capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• 6 days/week, 10-hour shift.
