Job summary

DREAM EXPRESS RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to repair and service our mechanical and electronic product range onsite and in-house. You will plan field activities, perform steam trap surveys, plant audits, steam quality testing, and commissioning, while advising customers on energy efficiency and system sustainability.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, strong communication, and a Boiler

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related field experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Boiler Attendant Class 1 or 2 certificate.

Responsibilities

• On-site and in-house repair and service of mechanical and electronic products.
• Plan, organise and execute field servicing, visits, surveys and commissioning.
• Assist customers to optimise steam systems for sustainability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for service jobs.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate and commission equipment.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain calibration records.
• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures on site.
• Keep test equipment calibrated and up-to-date.
• Carry stock for service agreements and document outcomes.
