Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Application Engineer to bridge sales and engineering for customers.

You will work with the sales team to capture requirements and provide pre- and post-sales technical support, demos, and training. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with steam traps and steam-related products, boiler and fluid control systems, plus exposure to thermal audit.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in steam traps and related steam products (boiler, fluid control systems).
• Experience in thermal audit.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Technical Support: understand customer requirements and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Engineering Solutions & Technical Support: develop and recommend practical solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Product Presentation & Training: conduct demonstrations and provide training to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Product & Supplier Development: monitor industry trends and liaise with suppliers to obtain cost-effective solutions.
• Project Management: manage projects from concept to completion and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
