Job summary

DREAM EXPRESS RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a field service engineer to repair and service mechanical and electronic products on-site in Singapore. You will plan and execute field activities, perform calibration, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure swift, effective service delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Diploma in Engineering, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant field experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• On-site and in-house repair and service of mechanical and electronic products.
• Plan and execute field activities: servicing, visits, audits, testing and commissioning.
• Assist customers in optimizing steam systems for sustainability.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors on service jobs.
• Calibrate instruments and assemble products for delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and company SOPs; ensure PPE compliance.
• Document service data and generate technical reports.
