Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Application Engineer in Singapore.

You will work with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, and act as a trusted technical advisor to recommend suitable engineering solutions. The role involves product presentations, training, and liaising with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions. Requirements include a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years experience in steam traps

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is required.
• Min 3 years experience in steam traps and related steam/boiler products.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Act as trusted technical advisor and recommend engineering solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and address technical concerns throughout the sales process.
• Develop and recommend practical engineering solutions for customers' challenges.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose alternatives when required.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
