Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a skilled engineer to support sales and provide technical leadership for steam-trap related products in Singapore.
You will work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present engineering solutions, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver projects. Responsibilities include developing practical engineering solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and training internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Min 3 years in relevant experience in steam traps and other steam related products like boiler, fluid control systems.
- Experience in thermal audit.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Technical Support: understand customer requirements and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Engineering Solutions & Technical Support: develop and recommend practical engineering solutions; troubleshoot issues.
- Product Presentation & Training: conduct product demonstrations and provide training to stakeholders.
- Product & Supplier Development: monitor industry trends, evaluate suppliers, negotiate cost-effective solutions.
- Project Management: manage engineering projects from concept to completion; ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
