Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a technically skilled engineer to support sales with technical solutions for steam and boiler applications. The role involves visiting customers to assess requirements, preparing proposals, and providing post-sale technical support.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical/chemical/process engineering degree or diploma, with 2–5 years in application engineering or technical sales and experience with steam systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in application engineering, technical sales, industrial equipment, or engineering solutions
• Experience with steam systems, boilers, thermal equipment or related industrial applications is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Sales with technical solutions across customer requirements and proposals
• Solve customer engineering problems by identifying root causes and recommending practical solutions
• Conduct product presentations and training for customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with principals/suppliers on technical matters and quotations
• Support engineering projects from design to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution
• Maintain records of project information and customer requirements
