Responsibilities

• Liaising with affected residents, businesses and stakeholders.
• Providing advance notification of watermain/road works.
• Handling and recording public feedback and complaints.
• Coordinating with the Contractor's site team to investigate complaints.
• Following up on corrective actions.
• Maintaining a complaint/feedback register.
• Coordinating access issues for residents, shops and businesses.
• Assisting with communication for traffic diversions, road closures and construction activities.
• Coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders where required.
• Preparing regular stakeholder/public-relations reports.
• Attending site meetings relating to public feedback and construction impact.
