Job summary

UNITED SINGAPORE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Liaison professional to coordinate with the construction team and manage communications with property owners, occupiers, and affected parties around project sites.

The role involves establishing contacts, handling inquiries, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring clear dissemination of public project information with CC clearance where required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work together with the coordination and construction team, and be aware of the Construction Work Flow; the type of construction activities and planned schedule; identify parties/public that would be affected by the Works,
• Establish contacts with the properties owners and occupiers of the buildings within and around the vicinity of the project.
• Be courteous and tactful in communicating with third parties and parties affected by the project.
• Be familiar with all affected parties and people who have some interest with the Project.
• Reach out to constituents of the vicinity and have regular dialogues with them for feedbacks, complaints and on any possible positive mitigation measures.
• Monitor and assist in managing complaints of constituents concerning the project works.
• Acting as the first contact point of communication with third parties and the public for any complaints and feedbacks. Coordinates with the project team mates in preparation of meetings and presentation information for the regular briefing to the affected parties and properties owners.
• Providing public project information and ensuring their proper understanding is maintained anywhere and anytime (must have the Authority's CC clearance before any dissemination).
• Establishing a good reputation of the Project.
• Organize events for the project and writing of press releases for the Authority's CC.
• Draft and formulate survey forms; and, conduct and gather survey feedback on the Project Construction Works.
• Draft and develop posters for circulation to be disseminated to affected parties at respective premises (must have the Authority's CC clearance before any dissemination).
• Establish good relationship with affected parties. Address their concerns and issues within reasonable means.
