• 3 - 6 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience selling IT staffing or professional services
• Proven success in new business development / hunter roles
• Comfortable working in small agencies or lean sales environments
• Strong understanding of contract staffing, payroll models, and margins

Responsabilidades

• Drive new logo acquisition across tech, enterprise, and scaling organisations
• Sell staff augmentation / contract hiring solutions using a parked payroll model
• Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent deal momentum
• Collaborate with recruiters to align client demand with talent supply
• Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities within new and existing clients
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and decision-makers
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
• Represent the business professionally in client meetings and negotiations
