You will work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to scale revenue through staff augmentation and contract hiring models, in an on-site workplace environment. This role emphasizes ownership and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staff augmentation or IT staffing.
• Proven success in new business development and hunter roles.
• Experience in small agencies or lean sales environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition across tech and enterprise scales.
• Sell staff augmentation and contract hiring solutions using a payroll model.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with momentum.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align client demand with talent supply.
• Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Track pipeline and forecasts, represent the business professionally.
