Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Support/SRE to ensure stability of critical trading platforms. You will handle L2/L3 incidents, perform troubleshooting and RCA, and drive post-incident reviews.

You will monitor availability with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos and Open Telemetry, and push automation and resilience improvements. The role covers releases, infrastructure changes, patching, and CI/CD in cloud/containerised environments including

Qualifications

Proven experience in Production Support, SRE or DevOps within Trading or Financial Services.
Strong skills in Linux/Unix, SQL, Shell scripting, and Python/Java.
Hands-on monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos or Open Telemetry.
Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for critical trading platforms, including incident management and RCA.
Monitor platform availability and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos and Open Telemetry.
Drive automation and resilience improvements across systems and services.
Manage application releases, infrastructure changes, patching, CI/CD, cloud and containerised environments including Kubernetes/Docker.
