Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Production Support / SRE to support critical trading platforms within a financial services environment in Singapore. The role covers incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, RCA, automation, releases and resilience.

You will work with Linux/Unix, SQL, Python/Shell, Splunk, Grafana, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and cloud environments, with knowledge of trading systems and the trade lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Support, SRE or DevOps within trade lifecycle and financial products such as FX.
• Strong technical skills in Linux/Unix, SQL, Shell Scripting and Python.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos and/or OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines, with strong understanding of Agile and SDLC practices.
• Incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, automation and releases for critical trading platforms.
• Support and resilience improvements across trading systems within a financial services environment.
