Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Support/SRE to ensure stability of critical trading platforms. You will handle L2/L3 incidents, perform troubleshooting and RCA, and drive post-incident reviews.

You will monitor availability with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos and Open Telemetry, and push automation and resilience improvements. The role covers releases, infrastructure changes, patching, and CI/CD in cloud/containerised environments including

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Production Support, SRE or DevOps within Trading or Financial Services.
• Strong skills in Linux/Unix, SQL, Shell scripting, and Python/Java.
• Hands-on monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos or Open Telemetry.
• Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SDLC practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Production Support, SRE or DevOps within Trading or Financial Services,with knowledge of trade lifecycle and financial products such as FX.
• Strong technical skills in Linux/Unix, SQL, Shell Scripting and Python/Java.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos and/or Open Telemetry for monitoring and observability.
• Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines, with strong understanding of Agile and SDLC practices.
