Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Production Support professional to join our technology team overseeing critical front-office applications. The role blends production support with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices in a modern cloud environment.

You will work closely with business users and technology teams to ensure smooth operation and reliability of key investment applications.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or SRE environment.
Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and Bash/Shell scripting.
Experience supporting Kubernetes-based applications and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Familiarity with enterprise scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for critical business applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
Investigate and resolve production incidents with root cause analysis.
Monitor applications, infrastructure, and scheduled jobs; proactively address issues.
Troubleshoot across cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, databases, and application layers.
Support batch scheduling platforms such as Control-M or Autosys.
Communicate incident updates to business users and manage expectations.
Automate repetitive tasks and drive improvements in support processes.
Collaborate with technology teams and system owners to improve reliability and resiliency.
Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations.
