Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a hands-on Production Support professional to join the technology team, delivering reliable, cloud-based front-office applications. The role blends production support with SRE principles, focusing on incident response, root‑cause analysis, and automation to improve platform stability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Production Support, Application Support, or SRE.
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based applications and containerized workloads.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to own issues through to resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for critical business applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis.
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, and scheduled jobs, proactively identifying issues.
• Troubleshoot across cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, databases, and application layers.
• Support batch scheduling platforms such as Control-M or Autosys.
• Communicate with business users during incidents with timely updates.
• Drive automation to reduce repetitive tasks and improve operations.
• Partner with technology teams to improve platform reliability and resiliency.
• Participate in on-call and weekend support rotation as required.
• Contribute to SRE initiatives on monitoring, observability, and automation.
