JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore is seeking a Technology Support Lead in CIB Technology to shape the future of our production services and core infrastructure platforms.

You will provide technical leadership across the Athena Core environment and partner with teams to deliver resilient deployments. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and security, with hands-on leadership in incident management, performance testing, and AI-assisted automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information technology services experience or equivalent expertise.
• Advanced Linux expertise with provisioning and configuration management (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform).
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, including testing and delivery.
• Proven ability to build automated tools, systems, and services across multiple domains.
• Solid understanding of networking, cloud services, orchestration, containers, and compute/storage.
• Experience with reliability, scalability, security, enterprise architecture, and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for Athena Core platform and infrastructure operations, including acting as a technical lead for infrastructure operations.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to ensure resilient deployments and conduct resiliency design reviews.
• Balance operational support with engineering delivery by automating toil and building tools across tech domains.
• Lead performance and resiliency testing, bottleneck remediation, and capacity planning using telemetry and data insights.
• Serve as escalation during major incidents, restoring service quickly and driving incident, problem, and change management across full stack systems.
• Monitor production environments and communicate status, impact, and remediation to stakeholders through service restoration using observability tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promote SRE culture, and drive adoption of SRE best practices (reliability, scalability, security, enterprise architecture).
• Lead adoption of AI capabilities to improve incident triage speed and ensure human-in-the-loop validation and data handling.
