Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Singapore seeks a Lead Software Engineer within the Chief Technology Office, Identity & Access Management Team.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary group, applying deep technical and business insight to advance reliability, security, and performance. In this role you will drive resiliency design reviews, decompose complex problems for engineers, mentor peers, and act as technical lead for medium-to-large products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, data science, or related field.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise architecture.
Fluent in Python, Java/Spring Boot, .Net, Powershell.
Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows.
Ability to evaluate AI recommendations for correctness and risk.
Observability expertise: monitoring, SLOs, telemetry.
CI/CD, automation tooling, and container deployment experience.
Networking troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

Champions site reliability culture and documents knowledge.
Leads initiatives to improve reliability using data-driven analytics to improve service levels.
Drives collaboration to establish service level indicators and SLOs with stakeholders.
Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage and post-incident analysis.
Serves as main contact during major incidents and helps minimize financial impact.
Mentors engineers and promotes AI-assisted reliability workflows across SDLC/toolchain.
