You will mentor engineers, drive resiliency design reviews, and break complex problems into actionable work while guiding medium to large product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reliability, scalability, performance, security and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Python, Java/Spring Boot, and .Net.
• Experience using AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with data validation.
• Strong Linux understanding and observability fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident postmortems.
• Proficient with CI/CD and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion site reliability culture and practices across the team.
• Drive reliability improvements with data-driven analytics for service levels.
• Define service level indicators and align with stakeholders on objectives.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for major-incident triage and post-incident analysis.
• Serve as primary contact during major incidents to minimize business impact.
• Mentor engineers and promote reuse-first AI reliability workflows.
