Job summary

JEET ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Data Engineering and banking technology initiatives. You will drive on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and data privacy.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, define roadmaps with architects and business leaders, manage budgets and risks, and serve as the primary liaison among sponsors, partners, and vendors to align strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience in Data Engineering and Banking tech.
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Big Data, Cloud Data Lakes, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL/ELT.
• Banking domain expertise and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power BI/Tableau.
• Certifications PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or CSM.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources for enterprise data initiatives.

Job Summary

Manage and lead enterprise-level Data Engineering and Banking technology projects, delivering solutions on time and budget while ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for enterprise Data Engineering and Banking technology initiatives to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Leaders to define project roadmaps, solution architecture strategies, and delivery schedules aligned with business goals
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive business sponsors, technology partners, and third-party vendors to facilitate clear communication and alignment
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks proactively to minimize project disruptions
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local central bank guidelines), and data governance standards
• Own project financials including budget management, profit & loss accountability, financial forecasting, and resource budgeting to maintain fiscal discipline
• Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, conduct retrospectives, and support the professional growth of junior project managers and PMO members

Required competencies and certifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience focused on delivering large-scale Data Engineering solutions such as Data Warehousing, Big Data, Cloud Data Lakes, Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL/ELT
• Deep domain expertise in Banking / Financial Services including Core Banking, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Wealth Management, or Payments
• Expert knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SAFe, and traditional Waterfall project management methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Advanced Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
