Job summary

Tangspac Consulting PTE LTD seeks an experienced IT Project Manager in Singapore to lead complex technology initiatives from initiation to closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and budgets, and communicate with senior stakeholders to drive on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12+ years in IT project management, experience with data/AI projects, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of IT/technology project management experience.
• Experience delivering technology, data, analytics, automation, or AI-related projects.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with regional, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure, managing scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, financial tracking, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate business, technology, data, and vendor teams to ensure effective delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage senior stakeholder communications, steering committees, status reporting, and project governance.
• Support delivery of data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure appropriate consideration of data privacy, information security, responsible use of AI, risk, and regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Maintain JIRA/Kanban boards, coordinate stand-ups, track actions and dependencies, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating where required.
• Manage project financials, vendor performance, and resource utilization.
• Conduct project closure, post-implementation reviews, and lessons learned.
