Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a technically skilled professional in Singapore to serve as the main technical contact for customers. You will lead software deployment, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver customer training while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

You will collaborate with consulting, software development and sales teams, gather feedback, and communicate requirements for product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly.
• Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Main technical contact between technical team and customers, responsible for software deployment, technical support, troubleshooting, training and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Support projects from planning and deployment through to customer support.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
• Support IMS software implementation, testing, QA, and deployment.
• Provide customer training and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with consulting, software development and sales teams.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements for product enhancements.
