Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Field Application Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide both on-site and remote technical support across semiconductor/manufacturing environments. You will install, validate, and test equipment at customer sites, coordinating with internal teams for successful project execution.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar field, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and willingness to travel for customer support and on-site assignments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a Field Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in Semiconductor/Manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Conduct equipment installation, setup, validation, and sample testing at customer sites while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams to support project execution, deliverables, and successful implementation.
• Deliver technical training, prepare application documentation, and collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement and development.
