Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a capable technical liaison in Singapore. The role focuses on serving as the primary technical contact for customers, coordinating solutions, and strengthening relationships through proactive support and requirements management.

You will evaluate new specifications and work with global teams to deliver tailored qualification and production plans, while communicating improvements to customers and coordinating qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field is required.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer-facing or technical roles preferred.
• Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets and data tools.
• Solid analytical, organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical contact for customers and manage requirements.
• Provide technical support and drive timely resolution of issues and data requests.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand current and future technical needs.
• Evaluate new customer specifications and develop qualification and production plans.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop solutions and improvement plans.
• Represent the company in customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Communicate process improvements and coordinate qualification activities.
