Job summary

Sport Singapore is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead daily centre operations and ensure high visitor satisfaction. You will collaborate with Centre Managers and Senior staff to plan activities, maintain staffing levels, and drive safe, engaging sports experiences.

The ideal candidate has a track record in facility or club management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with excellent communication and training skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in facility management or club management settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage sports centre operations and ensure efficient facility functioning.
• Maintain staff readiness and deliver high level customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day to day operations with CM/SCM guidance.
• Ensure staff are trained with required skills and knowledge.
• Assess staff development needs and arrange trainings annually.
• Coordinate manpower with SGO and SLG for operations.
• Assist in programme strategy and execution for the centre.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed with SportSG HQ guidance.
• Maintain records of daily reconciliation and audits.
