Job summary

Sport Singapore seeks a Programme & Frontline Services Coordinator to drive integrated programming and frontline services at Punggol Sport Centre, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The role covers implementing daily frontline operations, coordinating programmes and events, analyzing feedback, and developing engaging marketing materials with the Brand & Marketing team to boost footfall and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in relevant areas.
• Teamwork and integrity valued; proactive and adaptable.
• Experience with community engagement and public services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily frontline enquiry operations and achieve seamless communication and service delivery.
• Monitor stakeholder processes and maintain channels, timelines, and programmes at BCIH.
• Implement programmes and events with venue logistics and documentation.
• Manage and analyze frontline feedback; propose improvements; engage frontline services.
• Implement communication and marketing for programs on social platforms.
• Coordinate marketing collaterals with Brand & Marketing team.
• Monitor and update official social media content.
• Negotiate marketing for co-locating partnerships.
• Monitor enquiries via online platform by MOP.
• Negotiate opportunities to improve services delivery.
