Job summary

Exentec Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Specialist Procurement to support purchasing activities, coordinate deliveries, and resolve supplier issues in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in purchasing with experience in Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing and vendor management.
• Experience with Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Procurement Manager in day-to-day purchasing functions.
• Source and obtain competitive quotes from suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders or Contracts.
• Monitor and expedite material deliveries.
• Coordinate between supplier and internal parties on purchasing issues.
• Handle quality issues regarding incoming materials.
• Follow up with supplier on replacements or returns until resolved.
• Handle ad-hoc procurement related activities.
