EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to support planning activities by developing, updating and maintaining project schedules under supervision.

You will ensure alignment with project timelines through data accuracy and cross-team coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining baseline and working schedules with Primavera P6, updating progress from engineering, procurement and construction, and preparing weekly/monthly reports and look-ahead schedules.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction.
• 2-3 years of experience in planning/scheduling roles.
• Basic understanding of EPCM project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to follow structured processes and standards.
• Foundational knowledge of CPM.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify basic schedule deviations and highlight risks or delays to team.
• Support data collection, validation and documentation for Project controls / reporting purposes.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management.

Role Purpose

Contribution to data accuracy, reporting and coordination across project teams to ensure alignment with project timelines
