TAKENAKA SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Site Planning Engineer to drive project schedules and baseline management across construction activities. You will develop schedules for building works, M&E, and process systems from concept through testing and commissioning, and calculate durations and resource needs for major tasks.
The role requires 3–6 years in construction planning, with hands-on experience in building-related facilities or industrial projects, and the ability to prepare progress
Responsible for the development of programmes, baseline management and progress updates.
Involvement in developing and controlling the Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E, and Process Systems, from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning.
Calculate/Estimate the duration of each significant construction activity and the resource requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Prepare a technical submission for all tender submissions.
Site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress.
Prepare and oversee the RI/TOP schedule and ensure the handover process is properly managed.
