Job summary

EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to manage scheduling for complex EPCM projects in Singapore. You will develop robust schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, and partner with leadership to align objectives and risk strategies.

You will mentor junior planners, drive schedule governance, and contribute strategic input on resource optimization and execution plans for multi-project programs within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Planning and scheduling functions for complex or large-scale projects, ensuring robust schedule development, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
• Act as a key advisor to project leadership and mentor junior planners
• Lead the development, validation, and approval of integrated project schedules across all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning)
• Drive schedule governance, standard, and best practices across projects
• Performance advanced schedule analysis, including forensic delay analysis, scenario planning, and recovery planning
• Provide strategic planning input to project leadership, including resource optimization and execution strategy
• Mentor and guide junior planners, ensuring capability development within the planning function

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction
• Minimum years of experience: 10 years
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools
• Deep expertise in EPCM Project delivery and lifecycle integration
• Advanced knowledge of delay analysis methodologies
• Strong commercial awareness
• Leadership and mentoringcapability
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
• Experience in multi-project or program-level planning
