MASS POWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator in Singapore to manage customer spare parts enquiries, source products, prepare quotations, and coordinate order fulfilment.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure timely, cost-effective supply of parts. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, obtaining quotes, processing orders in Navision, maintaining records, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in spare parts coordination, inside sales, purchasing, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in marine, engineering, technical services, or industrial equipment industry is preferred.
• ERP system experience, preferably Navision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilités

• Handle customer spare parts enquiries via email, phone and channels.
• Review requirements, specs, and part numbers to identify correct parts.
• Prepare accurate quotations with pricing, lead times, terms and product details.
• Follow up quotations to secure orders and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics for timely fulfilment.
